Using professional expertise to provide services that will support quality improvement of Humanities delivery in Hackney schools and colleges through:
- Formal and informal Lesson observations
- Feedback to teachers
- Coaching teachers and heads of Department
- Consultancy support on preparation and use of resources, preparing schemes of work, moderation of coursework, homework and class tests, teaching and learning strategies
- Preparing and organising inset and subject network meetings
- Facilitating team and subject network meetings
- Liaison with exam boards
